PURPOSE
Faith Christian Academy began in 1981 as a ministry of Faith Baptist Church with the opening of our Nursery School.  We began our 5K program in 1982 and for over 35 years now we have had the opportunity to minister to hundreds of children and seen dozens graduate from our high school.  We started and continue to operate as a private, non-profit Christian school that offers high academic and spiritual standards to families of Kannapolis and the surrounding communities. Spiritual training is an important part of the student’s development.

FACULTY
Teaching at FCA is more than a job. Teachers have a warm, personal interest in each child and a desire to be a help to both the child and the parents. Each teacher is carefully selected on the basis of their moral character and educational qualifications.

DISCIPLINE
We believe that to educate our children as we should, it is necessary to maintain strict discipline while providing a spiritual atmosphere and quality education. It is our goal that the imposed discipline will lead to self-discipline.

ADMISSION
Applications are received from parents regardless of race, color, national, or ethnic origin. We encourage parents of special needs children to check with us to see if we are a fit for your child. While we are not a fit for everyone, we do have the ability to offer a unique program that is beneficial to many special situations.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH
All students enrolled at FCA will be taught Bible as part of the curriculum. Chapel services are held each week for the students and include guest speakers who challenge and encourage the student body. All students receive instruction in Christian living.
